We have been working with Rentals Only as our exclusive rental agency for our Greensprings property for 8 years. When we first purchased the townhouse we weren’t sure if we even wanted to rent it. We absolutely loved our new townhouse, and had concerns over potential damage from irresponsible renters. However, after having met with Melissa, she was able to allay our concerns, based on Rentals Only strict policies and diligent vetting of potential renters.
