$40,000: This beautifully restored 1880's Vermont farmhouse offers four bedrooms plus a loft and den. Complete with recent renovations, this spacious home is very nicely and comfortably furnished, and beautifully decorated. The house comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, including two en-suite bedrooms with king beds. The kitchen features quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are bright, clean and spacious, plus there are several different living areas so that everyone has plenty of room to gather together or find some quiet space as needed!
PROPERTY LOCATION: 18 New England Power Rd, Wilmington, VT

Winter Seasonal: Rental includes Plowing. Tenant pays Electric, Oil, WiFi, Firewood, and Trash Removal. LINENS: Linens are NOT included in rental. $40,000
Additional seasonal rental charges: Utility Deposits (based on specific property), 5% Service Fee (based on rental rate), Security Deposit ($1000 or 10% of rent, whichever is greater, unless otherwise specified), Accidental Rental Damage Plan, End of Season Cleaning Fee (based on specific property), Clubhouse Fee (if applicable), Linen Set-Up (if requested), and Hot Tub Contract (if applicable).
