It is located 5 miles from Mount Snow and is furnished with quality furnishings. There is a warm gas fireplace and Italian leather chairs in the living room, a kitchen with granite counter tops, hardwood floors and tile throughout the house. The primary bedroom has its own private bath and there is an additional large bedroom on the main floor with access to a shared bath. The gas fireplace operates easily with the flick of a switch and makes four a relaxing night after a long day on the slopes! For those that don?t want the night to end this home offers a pool table, basketball game, card table and a second den area perfect for entertaining! Need to get a bit of work done while in the mountains?this home features a large bright office! Rather not work?this home also features a large outdoor hot tub perfect for after a day on the slopes!

Winter Seasonal: Rental includes Plowing and WiFi. Tenant pays electric, propane, wood pellets, satellite TV, trash removal, and a hot tub service contract. LINENS: Linens are NOT included in rental. $29,500
